Ich bin Softwarearchitekt und Engineering Lead mit über 20 Jahren Praxis in der Softwareentwicklung, mit Schwerpunkt .NET und Azure. Ich baue Teams auf und bringe anspruchsvolle Systeme in den Betrieb: Zuletzt habe ich bei adesso drei Teams mit 12 Personen für den Neubau einer regulierten Brokerage-App aufgebaut; das MVP ist für rund acht Monate nach Entwicklungsstart geplant.

I am a software architect and engineering lead with more than 20 years of hands-on software development, focused on .NET and Azure. I build teams and take demanding systems into production: most recently at adesso, I built three teams with 12 people for a new regulated brokerage app, with the MVP release planned around eight months after the start of development.

Davor war ich 17 Jahre bei Microsoft, davon sechs Jahre im Commercial Software Engineering mit Kunden wie BMW, Audi/Volkswagen, Koç und Amadeus. Plattformen aus dieser Zeit laufen heute produktiv in BMW-Werken und an Fertigungslinien. Before that, I spent 17 years at Microsoft, including six years in Commercial Software Engineering with customers such as BMW, Audi/Volkswagen, Koç and Amadeus. Platforms from that time are in production today in BMW plants and on manufacturing lines. I combine clear architecture (iSAQB CPSA-FL, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) with coaching, project steering and hands-on implementation.

Ich führte GitOps ein und automatisierte die Bereitstellung von Alt- und Neusystem mit GitLab-Pipelines und ArgoCD. Ergebnis: Die Deployment-Dauer sank von mehreren Stunden bis Tagen manueller Arbeit auf wenige Minuten. I introduced GitOps and automated deployment of the legacy and new systems with GitLab pipelines and ArgoCD. Result: deployment time dropped from several hours or days of manual work to a few minutes.

Ergebnis: Die Modellauslieferung ließ sich erstmals automatisiert über ein Portal steuern; die Lösung ging in Produktion und wurde schrittweise auf alle Linien ausgerollt.
